OFFICIAL STATE LICENSE EXAM

All candidates for a Nevada real estate license must pass the state-administered license exam. A score of 75% is required to pass. The exam is comprised of two portions: state law (40 questions) and national law (80 questions). You are allotted 3 hours for the exam. The exam fee is $100.

The state of Nevada has contracted the duties of administering the exam to PSI Examination Services (often referred to as "PSI"). The PSI testing center is located on E Tropicanna Ave in Las Vegas (Paradise). In addition, PSI has testing centers all over the country. You may take the Nevada exam at any PSI testing center, regardless of location.
