The Nevada Real Estate Division has agreed to accept license courses from several other states, as long as the license courses meet a curriculum similar to Nevada courses.
In addition, the license exam you completed in another state may also be accepted.
You will be required to show the Nevada Real Estate Division evidence of your education (transcripts) as well as a license history report from each state from which you have a real estate license.
California Licensees:
If you are currently licensed in California as a real estate salesman or broker, you need to complete the Nevada Law & Ethics course. This course is 45-hours in length. The Practices & Principles course you completed in California will be accepted by Nevada and does not need to be retaken. - Enroll in this Course -
