Refund Policy

The following refund policy applies to our real estate courses. Refunds will be issued within 15 days of request:

Salesman Course (online)

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of initial purchase date. After 30 days of initial purchase date, all sales are final. Refunds will be made minus a $30 withdraw fee and minus $8 per day from enrollment date.

Broker Management Course (correspondance)

Return the text books and study material in the same condition as received (new) within 30 days and we will refund your purchase minus a $30 restocking fee. After 30 days of initial purchase date all sales are final. We cannot issue a refund if text books are written on or damaged.
