REAL ESTATE LICENSE PROCESS

The process of obtaining a Nevada real estate license is as follows...

1. Make sure you meet the minimum requirements.

2. Complete the appropriate license course. These courses are offered by our school.

3. Pass the official State of Nevada license exam.

4. Fill out the license application and mail or hand deliver it to the Nevada Real Estate Division.

5. If approved, your real estate license will be mailed to your broker.
