A Nevada real estate salesman license permits you to sell residential property, commercial property, and vacant land. You must hang your salesman license under a real estate broker.

The following are all the requirements for a Nevada real estate salesman license. You must meet all these requirements for your application to be accepted. If you do not meet all the requirements, your application for a Nevada real estate license will be denied.

• You must be 18 years old.
• You must complete the appropriate license course. These courses are offered by our school.
• You must be in compliance with court ordered child support payments.
• You must pass a criminal background check. If you do have a criminal conviction it is the sole decision of the Real Estate Division to grant a license. Felonies within the past 3 years, or crimes involving violence, sexual assault, white collar activity, will usually result in denial.
• You must be a citizen of the USA or be legally admitted to work in the USA.
• You must have a social security number.
• You must pass the Nevada license exam.
• You must complete the license application and answer all questions accuratly and honestly.
• You must pay the appropriate application fee.

This course is a combination text book & online course that also comes with supportive study guide books. You can take the online course at any time; whenever it is convinient for you. There is no set schedule. You can complete the course at your own pace. Study as little or often as you like, when you like, from any computer you like.

The course content is tailored specifically towards the Nevada real estate license exam. You are presented with only the subject matter you need to pass the license exam; nothing more, nothing less. The subject matter is divided into chapters.

The study guide book will be sent to you in the mail. This book has thousands of practice questions in the exact same format as the license exam. All the data the exam questions come from is presented to you in an easy format in the study book.
